External Location #
You just drag it from your Finder or Windows Explorer into a track and go.
However, make sure that the file of the KeySwitch & Expression Map is stored well on your hard drive and you cannot delete it accidentally because it has been still in the dowload folder, for example.
Ableton’s User Library #
Alternatively, you can copy the file in the User Library of Ableton. Like this you have direct access to it in the category Max For Live / Max MIDI Effect of the Ableton Browser.
These are the paths of the User Library:
